The magazine is produced by ICCS. The primary aim of the magazine is building a compliance and cyber prevention culture globally. It therefore seeks to educate, provide reliable information to a targeted audience and provide time tested research in the area of compliance and cyber related issues.

The magazine is distributed among the entire membership of banks, pension trust companies, insurance companies, microfinance companies, convenience stores, mass-market bookstores,magazine stores, universities and the general public. The magazine is published on quarterly bases.
